Ways to Order

1. Monthly Order: Each month we post a combined catalogue and orderform (based on Diamond Previews magazine ) on our website which lists the comics and other merchandise scheduled for release 2 months later (i.e. the January orderform lists items due for release in March). Orders can be placed by simply clicking the checkboxes next to the items you'd like to order, filling in your name and password, and clicking the submit button.

   Key Features:

Full catalogue: In association with Diamond Comic Distributors we present the full monthly text version of Previews (with detailed information on new products) conveniently divided into sections allowing customers to load and view only the sections they are interested in. And its available before the printed Previews is in the shops.

Easy order placement: Our simple point and click order interface allows you to compile your orders  quickly and easily. Each month we list over 4,000 items which can each be added to your order with a single click. (No need to type out long lists).
We are also able to offer many of the items not routinely distributed in the UK by Diamond (eg DC's CMX Manga line, Tokyopop Manga GNs etc). Please enquire about any items listed in the Previews catalogues which are not specifically listed on our orderforms.

Off-line order compilation: You do not need to remain on-line to compile your order (Save on phone bills): Connect to the website. Load the orderform and as few or as many of the catalogue sections as you choose into your browser. Disconnect from the net. Browse the catalogue and compile your order off-line. When the order is compiled reconnect to the net and click on the submit button.

Integrated Catalogue/Orderform: Hyperlinks in the orderform allow you to navigate the catalogue easily as you work through the orderform.

Weekly Updates: Most weeks we also provide a weekly online update to the main orderforms. These weekly orderforms list items which are solicited outside the normal monthly schedule. This can be for a variety of reasons such as :

    The publisher submitted information to Diamond after the Submission deadline.

    Item is region specific and will not appear in the main Diamond catalogue.

    Out of print comics are being offered in 2nd printings etc.

As these orders are outside the normal monthly schedule they do not count towards your monthly order total for discount purposes. You will however receive discount on the goods ordered. This will be equal to your earned discount in the previous month.

For customers who prefer to place their orders by post we can provide a printed version of our Monthly Orderform.

2. Standing Order: If you prefer not to fill in a separate form each month; then simply use our standing order management system to set up standing orders for titles. You will then automatically receive each issue of that title as it is published until you cancel the standing order. Each month we provide a list of the titles offered that month (with new series clearly marked). Each can be easily added to your standing order with a single click.

Alternatively you can place some titles on standing order and supplement this each month with extra items from our monthly orderform (a combination of 1 and 2.)

3. Relist Orderforms: Each month we also provide an updated set of orderforms listing currently available relist Graphic Novels, Trade Paperbacks, and merchandise. Relist items also count toward your monthly order total allowing you to earn extra discount on your whole order.

Delivery

Comics can be collected at any of the national comic fairs which we regularly attend or can be mailed to your home each month. Comics delivered to your home are dispatched by Royal Mail.

Pricing

The following tables illustrate the current RRP of import comics together with the extra discounts (varying from 10% to 25%) enjoyed by Advance Order customers. Note that the dollar to Sterling conversion chart only applies  to comics. Please see the monthly order forms for conversion prices for other types of merchandise. The discount is however calculated from the total of your entire monthly order (including both standing order items and specifically ordered items) placed by the monthly order deadline.

Payment

Your comics will be dispatched in the first week of each month together with a bill for that batch of comics and a date by which the bill must be paid. This date will be the the same as our monthly order deadline (usually the 18th.) i.e. You do not pay for your comics until you have received them. (We do, however, reserve the right to ask for a deposit for particularly large orders or for high-priced individual items. Also, customers who do not settle their invoices on time will be required to pay for future deliveries before they are dispatched.) If you collect your comics from a comic fair, the comics must be paid for on collection. Customers paying by credit card can opt to have their card billed each month on the day their comics are dispatched. We accept most major credit cards (with the exception of Diner's Club and JCB)
